News Post 7
Today I read an article on CNN about Hurricane Hermine in Florida. The bulk of the hurricane is taking place Apalachicola. Some counties have ordered mandatory evacuation because of the life threatening possibilities. This article says that when Hermine hits landfall, it would be the first to do so since Wilma in 2005. Many states, such as Georgia and North Carolina, have called for a state of emergency in many of their counties and many have also called for state wide curfews. There are many other concerns that include how tall the flood will be and the fear of this being an opportunity for Zika to spread.
